I’m on the South Beach Diet again! I officially started on Monday along with my boss and a coworker. Some of you may remember that I was on it before. I started it the first time in Nov 2003 and over the course of four months lost 30lbs. Then, I found out I was pregnant — no wonder it was so hard to lose the last 10lbs I had lost 🙂 So, I gained all that back plus more, now I’m off to a new start.

This time around I decided I am not going to weigh myself. I am just going to go by how clothes fit and try not to be so obessed about everything. Wish me luck — my first goal is to lose one size by the end of the summer.

I’m still stitching on Angel of Love. It is turning quite nicely.

  1. Good luck with the diet. Actually you don’t have to go on diet, just 8 glasses of water, 2 servings of veggy and fruits each day, in small servings of any steamed, baked food 5 times a day, no snacking in between and 30mins walk should get you started and do the trick. But important thing, you must have the determination and perserverance.
