Exhausting Week

I have had such an exhausting week! Primarily b/c of work as we’ve been very busy with an upcoming project so I’ve worked late several nights this week. However, I did get a chance to go to my Sit & Stitch thursday night and see the gals. 🙂

And, guess what else? I finally picked Noah’s Sub back up!!!! So, i’m in the midst of trying to finish up the water. I would love to reach that milestone this weekend, but I’m not quite sure I’ll make it. We’ll see where I stand tomorrow. I do plan to work on it all day today as I watch the Olympics.

Here’s my progress pic as of Thursday night.

I forgot to mention in my last post that while I was in TX, I picked up two cross-stitch books; Joan Elliott’s Cross Stitch Sayings and Julie Hasler’s Native American Cross Stitch.

And baby wise, all still goes well. I am 32 weeks right now and still feel just fine. I had a bout of heartburn last week for several days, but that seems to have subsided. We’ve been buying a whole bunch of baby clothes off of Ebay, you know, people sell whole lots of clothes and the ones we have gotten so far have been in excellent condition. So, she’s got plenty of clothes. My mother got us our stroller and car seat combination so I’ll probably install that in the car next week.

  1. Wow! Noah’s sub is really coming along great!
Have fun installing the car seat. I’ve heard that never goes in first time 😉
    Glad everything is going great!

  2. Wow, I love the way you are working this piece. It looks like a sticker book for children where the background is filled in and the kids get to apply the stickers. I can just imagine the fun you’re going to have filling in all of those little white holes.
