We’re having a baby!

Didn’t think I’d ever post again did ya?? :) Well, if you read the TW board, chances are you probably saw my post last week that DH and I found out we are going to have a little one. Very, very exciting news!! We are thrilled about it and though will have to make some changes, we are looking forward to it. At present, I am approx 4 weeks along — as I know within days when conception occured. :)

However, that makes me one tired camper all the time and in some ways I feel like my life is falling apart. I have been working so much lately and no time at night b/c I’m in bed so early that I’ve fallen behind in so many things. I’ve fallen behind in my coursework. I’ve fallen behind in my stitching. I’ve fallen behind in my websites, and even keeping the apt clean – just fallen behind in everything!

I am struggling to catch up now and desparetely trying to get into a routine. I’m determined that April is my month though.

So, my posts may be a bit sporadic, but I’m confident I’ll be back into the swing of things soon. Just keep checking every so often. :)

  1. Taneya,

So glad you posted, I was just about to email you ’cause you hadn’t posted in so long and I was getting worried!

    Congratulations on the baby!!

    Cheers,
    Laren

  2. Congratulations, Taneya! I could tell when I was pregnant, I spent most of my time sleeping for the first few weeks. Sometimes I’d love to be pregnant again, it was always great fun. At my age I’ll just have to be an onlooker. Good luck and best wishes for a lovely baby.

  3. Many, many, many congratulations Taneya. That is such wonderful news. I wish you all the very, very best.

Let your body dictate the pace. If you don’t feel up to stitching (or housework or whatever) try not to feel too stressed about it. I was so sick while I was pregnant that I didn’t really do anything.

Now I have a beautiful little boy I wouldn’t trade for anything and I’m stitching again. Even better, I’ve been reminded just how much I love my stitching after not feeling up to doing it for so long.

But the housework still gets neglected sometimes.

  4. Congrats!!! Take care of yourself and the little one. Are you hoping for a girl? You guys have enough boys. LOL!!
